I just wanted to thank you for the past couple of months at the Werribee Hockey Club Clinics. While Tehya and Kailani have enjoyed it, Cooper has grown and taken on board all that you have taught him. We appreciate all the knowledge that you have shared with him and your guidance for his VSS trials. I know he will remember these coaching sessions as instrumental in his improved hockey skills.
He’s a first generation hockey player so we have no skills to teach him. And while we can support him and give him opportunities, and instill good sportsmanship, yourself and Bobby through the time you have spent with him, have given him that fire in his belly.
He realizes that you have pushed him hard and he really does want to hone his skills to see how far he can take it. He is truly appreciative of all that he has learnt and we too are grateful for that.
